The
construction of Air was watched step by step on many coaster
enthusiast sites. It opened in March 2002 and aims to provide the
feeling of flight. Boarding the trains in a seated position the floor
lowers and you are lifted into a flying position in the station. Its
amazing how smooth the ride is as it swoops and dives around its 840
metre track. Air may not as intense as its mighty neighbour Nemesis
but is still a great addition to the valley.
