Nearby and inspired by the Roald Dahl book is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the ride. Wonka welcomes you to his factory and introduces you to golden ticket winner Charlie Bucket in a pre ride video. The ride then begins with a boat journey from which you see what happened to the likes of four other winners Augustus Gloop, Violet Beuragarde, Veruca Salt and Mike Teavee. The tour comes to an explosive finale during a trip in the virtual 3D Glass Elevator.
