Summer
2007 saw the opening of Chessington's 4 Star hotel, run by Holiday
Inn the 150 room Safari Lodge is located adjacent to the theme park.
Theming
may be minimal compared to the Alton
Towers Hotels though its stylish decor and design certainly make
up for this. Facilities were good and staff were friendly and overall
my stay was a pleasant experience also being just 12 miles from
central London and around 17 miles from Thorpe Park is convenient.
Highly
recommended.
